The Preservation Group looks to a growing body of Friends for financial, practical, and moral support.
If you would like to be kept informed of the Fernhurst Furnace Preservation Group’s continuing works, or would like to be involved and offer your support to the Group, please join us. We’re a friendly cast and we welcome all.
Perhaps you’d like to volunteer. We need people to help with a variety of tasks, from mild physical activity keeping the site up-to-scratch, through to photography, running our website, and helping with 101 jobs on our Open Weekend. We’re all volunteers and there’s always lots to do!
We welcome one-off donations from folk looking to help with the preservation, these can be made via cheque or bank transfer. Please contact us, we’d be happy to make arrangements.
